Hill Country Ride for Aids ,HCRA, and Qisu for the community

“The Hill Country Ride for AIDS (HCRA) is the largest fundraiser in Central Texas for HIV/AIDS services. A family-friendly and festive bike ride through the beautiful hill country, the Ride raises funds that are given directly to nine local nonprofits who help those in our community affected by HIV/AIDS. In the past 20+ years the Ride has raised over $10 million. The Ride has been voted “Best Ride” in Austin twice by the Austin Chronicle and the “Best Cycling Event” by Austin Fit Magazine three consecutive years. It is a beloved community event with an amazingly loyal and supportive following” OneCause peer-to-peer social fundraising. The 2022 Hill Country Ride for AIDS. (n.d.). Mark and I have decided to continue to support this noble cause because we believe in the mission to continue the fight against HIV.  We believe in giving back and although we have made much progress, the need in our community still exists – especially with so many of our underprivileged and underserved brothers and sisters.  We have lost too many of our dear friends and family members to this horrible disease.     So, we have raised our voice to be a part of this fight.    Your purchases have helped us to contribute over $6000 to HCRA during the last two years as sponsors and as riders.   I have ridden over 100 miles over the last two years and it has been a tremendous honor to be a small part of this amazing organization.      We are passionate about being a part of our own local community and hope you will continue your support so that we can continue ours!      Thank you again for your kindness and support.
